I recently received my custom memory book from Odd Giraffe, and I have to start by saying: thank you for creating what is truly the best memory book I’ve ever owned. From the moment I unboxed it, the premium feel of the cover and the overall aesthetic confirmed that I had chosen the right place to house my most cherished milestones. The layout options are intuitive, and the final product feels like a high-end coffee table book that our family will treasure for years.
However, I wanted to provide some constructive feedback regarding the photo reproduction. While the physical construction of the album is flawless, I noticed that several of my photos turned out significantly darker than expected. When I was submitting the digital files, these shots had perfect, natural brightness and vibrant colors. Unfortunately, in the printed version, those same images look quite dim, and some of the finer details in the shadows have been lost.
I understand that digital screens are backlit, which can make a file appear brighter than it is on paper, but the discrepancy here was quite noticeable. For a premium product where every detail matters, I was hoping the print calibration would more closely match the "natural" look of the original uploads.
That being said, the quality of the paper and the binding is second to none. If the printing brightness could be optimized to match the digital vibrancy, this would be a perfect 5-star product. I still highly recommend Odd Giraffe for their design and craftsmanship, but I would advise future users to perhaps slightly over-brighten their photos before hitting "submit" to ensure the printed results pop as much as they do on screen.

The product is good but on my first order it took almost 3 months to receive my order. The book and the quality is really good came out better than expected.

But binding is kinda low quality.
It’s so easy and convenient to make your own album the way you want it. Click and drag, choosing layouts, adding more pages and text too- super easy! I was running around trying to find a placeto make digital albums but they cost a bomb! Odd Giraffe is cost effective and pocket friendly- a huge bonus!
The print and paper quality is great, feels like a magazine quality print but on much thicker paper. The colours were also bright and vibrant just as the photos submitted.
I recently ordered a photo album and I’m very happy with the final product. The print quality is excellent, and the photos look clear and vibrant. The album itself is also beautifully designed.
However, the delivery was significantly later than the expected time.
With faster delivery, the overall experience would be even better. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future.
I was so mad that about the delivery timing as it took 23 days to delivered (ofc which you have already mentioned in the site), but when you have paid soo much (1700₹) for an order, n it took ages to reach you, every one could impatient, but the moment I received the order, my all anger was gone,it's timeless, Beautyful, old school item. Absolutely loved it.
