Shipping & Returns
- We produce your pieces of Odd Giraffe only upon receiving your order (especially for you).
- Once printed and dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners and the tracking details are shared with you on email.
- Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns.
- If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.
- To allow us to assist you, please email support@oddgiraffe.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

The quality of paper and cover is really good. The photo book looks premium. I am really happy with the book. One suggestion- the photo color quality could be improved a bit I feel. Some pictures looked a bit dull. But overall it has turned out really well :)
