Shipping & Returns
- We produce your pieces of Odd Giraffe only upon receiving your order (especially for you).
- Once printed and dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners and the tracking details are shared with you on email.
- Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns.
- If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.

I was skeptical at first how the paper quality would be and all. Later when I got the parcel I was astonished by the finishing,quality of the album. I highly recommend you get the albums here. Which are super light weight and easy to carry. Most important it's not like old albums which are heavy. They quality is 10/10.
