If you notice an error on an order that you have just placed, please inform us within 3 business hours through email on support@oddgiraffe.com. In case you have identified a spelling mistake in personalisation after submitting the order, there is a slim possibility that the item has not been immediately sent for printing.
It's important to note that we are unable to make any changes to orders already placed. However, we can cancel the order for you (provided it is still in production) so that you can place the order again.
Please bear in mind that cancelling or editing your order may result in a delay. Kindly include your order number when contacting us. Please note that our print runs are automated and regular, so we may not always be able to stop an order from going into production.
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, we can make changes to this before it ships.
We encourage customers to review all details of their order thoroughly before placing it. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any mistakes made by customers during the printing and production of their personalized items.
Before an item ships out from our printers or warehouse locations, we will make every effort to accommodate any last-minute modifications or cancellations.
For personalized items ordered through our website, we print them on demand based on the text and formatting you provide. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Please refer to our T&Cs for further information.
As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products that have been received as ordered, without any significant defects, as specified in our T&Cs.
If you have mistakenly entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us via email on support@oddgiraffe.com immediately. Please include the order number and the correct delivery address in full to help us correct the mistake before the item is shipped from our printers or warehouse.
Regrettably, it is not possible to ship multiple items from a single order to different addresses. All items will be shipped to the single address provided at checkout. If you wish to send items to separate addresses, you will need to create separate orders for each delivery address.

Please note: the order status is updated on the above link once it gets printed, packed and shipped in 3-4 working days after the order is placed.
Once your order has been printed and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes an estimated delivery date.
If you believe your package should have arrived by now and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@oddgiraffe.com for further assistance.
You can track your order at https://oddgiraffe.shiprocket.co/. However, please note that the tracking information will only become available once the order has been printed, packed, and physically shipped through the postal network. This can take 3-4 days after placing the order and 12-24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email.
The estimated delivery date for your order can be found on the product page under the "Personalise it" button. Usually, it takes 3-4 working days to get your personalised order printed and ready to ship.
Personalized products are customized according to your preferences, making them unique and made just for you. As a result, we do not usually accept returns on personalized products.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your personalized order, you can contact us within 7 days of your order date, and we will do our best to assist you. Please send an email to support@oddgiraffe.com to reach our team.
If you receive your order and notice any damages or faults, please contact us at support@oddgiraffe.com with an attached image of the issue, and we will do our best to resolve it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation.
