Personalised Returns
All of our personalized products are made-to-order, resulting in minimal stock, fewer returns, and no emissions from large warehouses. Because these products are made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of your delivery date and we will work with you to resolve any issues
All other returns
