Shipping Details

We produce your pieces of Odd Giraffe on demand (especially for you). Once printed and dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners. Please note the delivery timelines mentioned below are estimated timelines. Depending on any delays in the region, the delivery dates may get pushed by the shipping partner while trying to get your order delivered at the earliest.

Delivery to metro cities
  • Production takes 2-3 full business days before dispatch
  • Arrives in 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery to tier 1 & 2 cities
  • Production takes 2-3 full business days before dispatch
  • Arrives in 4-6 business days after dispatch.
Delivery to northeastern states and ROI
  • Production takes 2-3 full business days before dispatch
  • Arrives in 5-8 business days after dispatch.
Important points for delivery of COD orders
  • Production takes 3-4 full business days before dispatch
  • It takes additional 1-2 days to deliver the order along with the mentioned timelines above
Delivery of international orders
  • Production takes 2-3 full business days before dispatch
  • Delivery takes 2-6 working days depending on the destination country.
  • Local import duties and taxes are not paid by Odd Giraffe and the customer is responsible to bare any or all charges. 


1. When will my item be dispatched?
Production takes 2-3 full business days before dispatch

2. Change Of Delivery Address 
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been packed and dispatched.

3. P.O. Box Shipping
Odd Giraffe will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only.

4. Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

5. Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

6. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

7. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
